Katie Edwards
Let's get to know each other - I'll go first! I currently live in Kansas City but grew up in Texas. I love spending time in the desert. I have two dogs - Space Camper and Olive Garden. I’ve been married since September of 2022 (so I’ve recently done the wedding planning thing).
My favorite thing in the world is capturing memories, and I still get weepy when capturing the really impactful ones. I may or may not shed a tear behind the camera, don't worry about it. I shoot in documentary style, which means that I capture the details of the day as naturally as possible. I'll give you prompts and basic poses for some photos, but I really want to capture the day as it naturally unfolds. If you're nervous in front of the camera, don't worry! I have plenty of bad jokes to share to make you feel comfy.
My hope is that I can hold space for you and your partner to be yourselves so that we can capture your love story as authentically as possible. Everyone's love story deserves to be shared, and I'm here to help share yours.
Will Edwards
Hey, I’m Will! I’ve been taking pictures for years now but my real passion is flying my drone around. It gives a completely different perspective and feel to the photos! (We also get pretty sick videos).
I love to ski, hike, camp, and hang out with my dogs Space Camper and Olive Garden.
Just like Katie, my goal for you is to help you have fun, capture amazing images and videos to share with you, and help capture memories that you can look at for a lifetime.
Every shoot comes with two photographers.
We like to think that we’re funnier than the average photographer (that’s up to you to decide though). We totally get that it is kinda awkward to be in front of the camera so we want to make you as comfortable as possible during your shoot! We have plenty of bad jokes and stories to make you laugh and feel at ease.
The best photos (in our opinion) come from candid moments rather than posed. Our goal with every shoot is to capture you as authentically as possible and to have some fun while doing so!
